We want you to feel confident trying Dr. Choice Pharmaco. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, even if you've opened it and tried a few sticks. Because returns are a change of mind, the product must be sent back to us, and a few simple steps apply, below.

Returns are handled through a quick approval process so we can take care of you properly:

1. Contact us within 30 days to request a return and complete a short RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.
2. Wait for our approval and return instructions, please don't ship anything back before this.
3. Send the product back to us. Return shipping is paid by you, the customer.
4. Once we receive it, we issue your refund.

Approval first, then ship, then refund. It keeps everything clean and traceable for both sides.

It depends on how many sticks were used across your whole order. Each product has its own full-refund limit:

• Korean Red Ginseng, 30-stick box: 3 sticks or fewer → full refund
• Korean Red Ginseng, 10-stick trial: 2 sticks or fewer → full refund
• Ssanghwa Herbal Concentrate: 2 sticks or fewer → full refund

Past that limit, we deduct $5 for each additional used stick. For example, on the 30-stick box, 10 sticks used is 7 past the first three, so $35 (7 × $5) comes off your refund. The limit is counted for the order as a whole, so ordering more boxes doesn't raise it.

Since returns are a change of mind, return shipping back to our Fullerton warehouse is paid by the customer. Once your approved return arrives, we process the refund.

That's on us, not you. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo and we'll make it right, including return shipping, with no deduction.

Yes. Every production lot is lab-tested and we publish the Certificate of Analysis by lot number. Find the lot number printed on the bottom of your box and enter it in our COA lookup to see the exact ginsenoside content of the product in your hand. Our label figures are deliberately conservative minimums, so measured lot values are typically higher.

Keep sticks at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed, which is part of what makes the stick format so easy to travel with.
